Steps 1 -- Go to www.impaxworld.com

Step 2 -- Click on "Register Today"

Step 3 -- For "Referral Name or Number" enter 14021 and for "Group Code" enter 4.  See example below:

Step 4 -- Click on "Order Today" and select your products specifying "Yes" in the Auto-ship drop down list box.

Notes

1. If you order more than $120 worth of products per month, you will realize additional savings by becoming an IMPaX Representative.  See info in right margin.
2. If you want to add "one time ship" products to your Auto-ship order, just specify "No" in the Auto-ship drop down list box for those products.
3. If you just want to "one time ship" all the products in the order, just specify "No" in the Auto-ship drop down list box for all products and do not specify a Group Code in step 3 above, but you will not get a discount.
